- Ask guest if it is an issue with the Internet or their email apps.
- Tell them to contact their ISP/company to check if they have special IP/email settings.
- If their company/ISP agrees to allow changes to their settings, request guest to bring their device to the Front Desk. IT will provide 10 minutes of support.
- Create a ticket
- Request Guest Services to reboot the router and wait 15 minutes max.
- Check if it is working with a device and the Property Monitor (if available).
- If the router is still broken after the reboot, IT will fix the issue and the ticket is billable to the owner.
- Create a ticket and close
